Yoga with emphasis on intelligent transitions, ease of motion, breath, and awareness.
This philosophy based practice includes a fluid sun salutation, asana practice offered with gradations of challenge, pranayama, mantra, and meditation.
Masks are optional in the class space.
(Please only attend if feeling well).
In this Community Class offering we practice in the spirit of generosity or Dāna (Saṃskṛta).
